Friday Health Headlines Provoking Atlas to Shrug

That glass of red wine may not be as good for your health as you think

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a real disease, so we're gonna give it an even sillier name. That is right, I'm intolerant of exertion. I simply won't stand for it!

As it turns out, if you're sleep deprived, a good nap can undo the damage wrought by your poor sleep habits.  Really? One needn't present me with more evidence elevating my desire for a nap.

Shock Claim: 2 in 3 bosses are neither dysfunctional nor horrific!

Don't worry about eating eggs.  U.S. nutritional recommendations have been wrong for about four decades.  Scientists have known for years that most of the cholesterol in food gets broken down, discarded, or used to make bile acids, which you need to digest food. Some cholesterol is also needed to make hormones and cell membranes. The cholesterol in your blood – you make most of that yourself.
